tranquil beach beach front accommodation helpful staff air conditioning failure dated room

the beach is very tranquil. the palm lined water front is cared for well. our accommodation was beach front and really good. the staff are very helpful here.

i stayed for three nights and our air conditioning failed twice. the room felt dated and in need of maintenance. there is also significant building work happening across various parts of the resort.

quiet beach maintained beach delicious food attentive staff open restaurant uncomfortable bed mosquito presence

The beach was quiet and well maintained. I found it perfect for relaxation. Food and drinks were very good throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the staff. They were friendly and professional.

The hotel has no closed restaurants so it can get hot. Mosquitoes were present making dining difficult. The beds were quite uncomfortable. I left one night early because of this.

poor maintenance broken blind

the beach was beautiful and the pool views were acceptable.

Check-in was frustrating. Our villa wasn't ready at 2pm. they asked us to return in 30 minutes... there was no key. Previous guests had it. the villa's maintenance was poor. Doors did not shut properly and every blind was broken. animals got into the villa and left droppings everywhere..

bathroom fixtures dust accumulation

the breakfast was rally good and WELL the staff also was very nice and cute.

i found the lack of attention to detail unacceptable THE room was not cleaned thoroughly . there were stains on the bedding and the bathroom fixtures showed significant wear i also noticed dust accumulation in several areas. this level of cleanliness is below what i EXPECT from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
